KANSAS CITY CHIEFS   the points – We said after Week 1 that the Chiefs are a good longshot bet to reach the Super Bowl if their defensive performance in the opener was not a mirage. Well, they followed that up with another nice effort in a 24-17 win over the Raiders last week, making this one SCARY team! Sure they allowed a bunch of passing yards including a 64-yard touchdown bomb to Randy Moss, but they were able to contain the Raiders attack for the most part, allowing just one other touchdown. They were still tough against the run, as LaMont Jordan was limited to 59 yards rushing. You know that the offense will always be there, and Larry Johnson continues to be more and more in the mix as like Priest Holmes, Johnson also had a rushing touchdown last week. The Broncos improved light years from their opening 34-10 loss at Miami, but they still needed a last-second field goal to beat the Chargers 20-17 in their home opener last week. Denver was sporadic on offense for the second straight week, and we feel that they are playing their best opponent of the young season here in this Monday Night affair. As tough as the Broncos have been at home over the years, we simply feel that are at a talent disadvantage here, and that the wrong team may be favored.

well went 1-1 on posted plays yesterday losing the braves and hitting my big one with the cubs.   a little on the plus side for the day with posted plays and also got kind of lucky in hockey on the canes. so with that said i got a few more than usual today so that could be good or bad but here goes

4*  San Diego- i see peavy actually throwing a good game and getting a win today.

3* colorado- losers of 6 in a row will beat a pirates team that has been playing well

3* two team parlay Atlanta/Texas- atl will finally win one with horacio who has thrown well and texas has no business losing to KC

3* Devil Rays to win another one with Kazmir- should get second good pitching performance in as many days.

2* upset game gettin nice juice ill take cincy to beat st louis and chris carpenter again
