Was another solid weekend for members as I went 4-2 +9 units for college
and so far I have gone 3-1 for +9.5 units for NFL Week 6. Today I hit San
Diego, Pittsburgh, and the Over in the Minn/NO game. The only loss was the
Under in the Seattle/NE game. I was going to post the Over in tonight’s
game to everyone here before the game but I saw we already had a solid
handicapper post it, footballpix.

but if the Kings check the boxscore of Saturday’s, 87-82, loss as closely
as I did, they’ll see there is reason for optimism. Sacramento should have
lost by a lot more than two baskets and a foul shot on the road
considering their star point guard, Mike Bibby, was 1-16 from the field
and Bobby Jackson’s contribution was 0-7. Throw in being out rebounded,
51-44, having four more turnovers (13-9) and taking 13 less foul shots
(28-15) and the SuperSonics should have posted a double digit win. The
Kings could win outright tonight.

probably the most consistent pitcher in the National League this year.

Lohse has gotten terrible run support; in his last 10 outings twins have scored 4 runs only 2 times.

Texas is hot winning 8 of 10 and with Rogers 12-9 lifetime vs. the Twins, I think this is a good spot.

If Texas can get 4 runs, I think they should win this one.

Went to the game last night they did not start Damon or Viratek also started a new guy forgot his name once I was there and seen the starting lineup took the +1.5 runline wish I could of had a lap top to give people that info. With that being said make sure you are checking the starting lineups as the hunt for october is coming upon us. Oh and Congrats to the yankees kind of knew they would be chasing us down. There are many factors for a pro Washington St. play……The Bruins win at Pullman about once every 20 years and now catch the Cougars in a bad mood after their shocking loss last week to Stanford. WSU quaterback Brink will have his hands on the ball more than the 22 minutes he did last week. The Bruins have gone to the max the past two weeks in wins over Cal and Washington, both Pac 10 rivals. They must now travel, lay points and deal with a hostile crowd. Also, Wash St. coach Bill Doba is feeling added pressure these days. Watch out goal posts.

LSU -6.5 (2 Units)

Urban Meyer keeps insisting his offense which has all these option elements in it will work in the Swamp. However, he has a not very mobile pocket passer Chris Leak back there running it. Leak, admittedly so, likes to throw the ball with time, not throw on the run or even move the pocket. He hasn’t been able to get comfortable in this system. Yet Meyer keeps blaming the failure of the execution of the offense on the players. Florida was kept out of the end zone for the first time since 1992 two weeks ago against Alabama. Even in a 35-9 spanking of Miss. St. last week, the Gators had two safeties, a blocked punt for a TD, and a one play 13 yard TD drive after a fumbled punt, camouflaging on the scoreboard the fact that his offense is inept. Leak admitted his shoulder is banged up after the Bama game. LSU HC Miles has made fewer adjustments in his offense, and this is the first home game for the Tigers since the debacle against Tennessee. Florida by 14.

Texas -15.5 (5 Units)

A HUGE monkey was lifted off of the Texas shoulder by the shellacking of OU last Saturday. I don’t believe that they will rest on their laurels. The BCS will be coming out in soon and Texas’ strength of schedule could hurt them. A big win here would be even more impressive. Colorado has played well in losing at Miami last month, but they only mustered a 58 yard field goal on offense. They have begun October with successive routs in the Big 12 over rebuilding OK St. and a supposedly good A&M team. The Buffs will come to play and play hard but superiour Texas personnel and a third road game in four weeks will do them in.

Fellas….I am a reader of Northcoast’s Power Sweep. In fact, they are the reason I joined Millenium Sports 6 years ago. However, after what has recently transpired with BoS/ Millenium, & this whole conglomerate, it makes Northcoast look really bad. With the shady history of the people involved in the boS scandal, while would Phil Steele align himself with them? I have always respected him & Northcoast, but I now have serious doubts……Do you guys know anything?

I usually try not to bitch to much about games and loses, but Houston stinks. I have avoided them most of the season and fot good reason. It seems anytime they have talent on the mound (otherwise known as me betting on them) they cant score a run. I truly feel it is pathetic that a team cant get up when their studs pitch. Sure Zambrano is stud to, but they simply have proven to suck in these situations all year and I wont let myself fall into this trap again for the rest of the year.
