Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Other than the fact that the Jets and the
Vikings are on their 3rd consecutive away game. If you follow the NFL
games very closely you would certainly not take the Jets nor the Vikings
this week and the trend is not the only reason.

Huge day yesterday as we made 9.65 units (6-1). We would have finished
all the current trips if Wickman would have closed out the White Sox but
Cleveland will get them today. 3 more trips start tomorrow, so hopefully

the top of the stretch, the hole quickly closed and she lost all chance as
the top finishers got clear sailing in the lane. Today gets a jockey
switch to Norberto Arroyo, who is riding exceptionally well, and should
prove the one to beat in this non graded stakes.

A bunch of games today that I love…

Pitt -1 This game set up almost perfectly. Pitt got manhadled by a motivated Jags team in front of the world, and Cincy has won the public money two weeks in a row. Big Ben was coming off an injury and was not sharp to say the least. He will be better today, and with injuries all over the field for the Bengals, I see Cowher and Pitt ramming it straight at them and allowing their defense to abuse a tattered Cincy O line, who is also without TJ Housz. 3 units

Minnesota +3.5 I am going to wait and play this with my local who will have at least +4 or more. This is not so much a play on the Vikes as it is against Rex Grossman in a tough atmosphere. Minnesotas D has improved more than their offense under Childress, and I see this one coming down to a field goal game. Ill take the home dog getting more than a field goal to possibly pull out the straight up win. 2 units

Seatlle -3 (buy) I think the Giants are a little overvalued after their big win in Philly last week. No doubt they are a good team, but they are also giving up over 20 points per game. Good point by saying that they played Indy and Philly, but Seattles offense is getting ready to explode. Hasselback gets Darrell Jackson back today and now Deion Branch is set to start. This will open up the field for SAlexander and give him some more targets to spread the ball around. Factor in home field and NYG flying across country and those are just bonuses. 5 units

Frisco +6 This is going to be a public bloodbath. Philly, no doubt, is still reeling from a certain victory last week vs the Giants. Now they go to Frisco who has been playing very tough ball, and Alex Smith has been impressive along with their running game. Now, you take Jevon Kearse off the end of that D line and things for Philly all of a sudden soften up defensively. I think the +6 is very generous, and I will continue to back San Fran all year until they become faves. I was tempted to make this a 5 unit play as well, but I will stay conservative before I give Frisco that many units. 3 units

St. Louis/ Arizona over 44 Very cheap number at 44, should be around 54. 1 unit

Seattle/NYG over 42.5 This one opened up at 41.5 which is over the key number of 41. With Seattle getting its weapons back and the Giants passing game beginning to click, I can see a late TD or two to get this one over the number. 1 unit

i had conflicting scores from wagerline and espn. At one point they said it was the end of the game and not the half..

either way ther over has hit!

For the first time since i’ve been alive, we had a quake measuring 6.4/6.5 on the scale in Hawaii. I awoke to my bed shaking back and forth, and the closet doors rattling. This left us in a statewide blackout. in fact, we just got our power turned back on (15 hours later). this also means that i didn’t see a single game all day.
