NHL: Washington Capitals at Pittsburgh Penguins – Capitals +167

Note: The Penguins have had some moments of glory so far in the 2005/2006 campaign but we do not feel they are at a point to lay this big number verses a Capital Team that has been quite competitive. Washington has found some offense recently and have scored 13 times in their last 3 games and most recently has won at Montreal and at home verses Tampa Bay. In the meantime Pittsburgh is having much trouble scoring and stopping the opposition. Pitt has goaled at a 2.2 mark the last 5 games and have allowed 3.6 during that same stretch. The Penguins have especially had a serious problem on the home ice where they have given up 4.6 per game this year in route to a 2-5 record. It is hard for us to pass up a live dog such as this and we will not.
