While everyone is focusing on fact that Balt is w/o their last 2 def POY, Reed & Lewis, and that Pitt is going to kill this Balt team, key tonight has got to be the matchup of Balt O vs. Pitt D.

Year in and year out, Pitt D typically near top of league, and guess is that this year’s version will slowly move to the top of the standings as best defense in league. Balt can’t throw, and realistically they can’t run either. RB Lewis has been a bust, and Taylor won’t run against stout Pitt run D tonight either.

According to my numbers, says Balt scores from 6-9 tonight, no TDs. Can’t see Ravs do much on O tonight, especially @Pitt. Lots of 3 & outs.

Meanwhile, no secret as to what Pitt will do tonight. Big Ben put up 14 passes total last week, and guess is that he’ll do that tonight. In addition, Ravens’ cover corners excellent, so don’t see Cowher trying to outthink himself. It’ll be Parker & the Bus up the middle. Pitt will try to run all night long.
